Initially listed at AED 2.3m, a discount was achieved with a purchase price of AED 2.2m. The cash required for the project, including renovation and running costs, was AED 705,000. The project took 6 months in total, including the purchase, renovation and sale of the property, achieving a record breaking price/sqft and the highest sale price of a 2 bed for the building. We achieved our goal sale price in just 3 weeks of the listing going live, meaning our investors got their investment plus return within just 7 months!
